Between breakfast and lunch

well, nothing happened, but here are my breakfast and lunch pictures from Sunday the 13th Jan. ( This is bound to get tedious at some point. For you AND me. )

I made pol rotti for breakfast which is a rotti made with scraped coconut and flour. You can find the recipe here. And we ate it with butter, chillie paste and a bit of cheese. Usually, we’d eat it the traditional way. With ‘Lunu Miris’. ( A paste made from chopping onions together with chillie powder, kosher salt, green chilies if you want. Add some lime juice after chopping and mix well ) .

Made a simple lunch since  we were doing our weekly grocery shopping .
